APHS2026 Online Registration
Noon, July 1 – 17:00, November 7, 2026 (JST)
APHS2026 will be completely on-site conference. No live nor video streaming would be available.
All the participants are required to register online.
◆Registration fees
*Registration fee includes: The admission to participate in all the scientific programs, luncheon seminars and Gala Party (on November 6 evening) except the Hernia Essentials Didactics held on November 5.
*Only active participants in the APHS2026 (=registrants except the corporate personnel, accompanying persons/children) can attend the Hernia Essentials Didactics.
*Active participants cannot register as the accompanying persons.
*Password for abstract viewing will be included in the registration confirmation email message.
◆How to register
① Please click “REGISTER Now” and fill out the form.
② Please pay the registration fee(s) by credit card.
③ Registration confirmation email message which includes the log-in information to your Registration MyPage and password for abstract viewing will be received. Please be sure to check the message delivered and keep it till the Congress finish.
＊In case no delivery, please check your junk folder first. And contact the Congress Secretariat to confirm if your registration completed.
④ In your Registration MyPage (valid till February 28, 2027), you can:
-1 check and change your personal data.
-2 change your log-in password for your Registration MyPage.
-3 issue the receipt of your registration fee(s).
*Available till February 28, 2027 (JST)
-4 get your name tag.
*It will be displayed a week before the Congress.
-5 issue the Certificate of Participation.
*Available only by visiting the Reception Desk during the Congress period to onfirm your attendance.
*Available till February 28, 2027 (JST)
*Registration cannot be cancelled. Remitted fee(s) cannot be refunded for any reason.
◆How to participate
All the registrants’ name tag will be displayed in the Registration MyPage a week before the Congress. Please print it out and bring it to the Congress. Name tag holders will be prepared on site. All the registrants including the accompanying persons/children are requested to wear their name tags at the Congress.
For the Certificate of Participation, be sure to visit the Reception Desk during the Congress period to confirm your attendance. Then, you can receive the Certificate in your registration MyPage. Note that the Certificate cannot be issued after the Congress.
