INSTRUCTION FOR PARTICIPANTS
- APHS2026 will be on-site conference. No live nor video streaming would be available.
- All the participants are required to register online.
How to participate
Registrants’ name tag will be displayed in the Registration MyPage a week before the Congress. Please print it out and bring it to the Congress. Name tag holders will be prepared on site. You need not visit the Reception Desk for participation. All the registrants including the accompanying persons are requested to wear their name tags at the Congress.
Program & Abstracts will be available on our website. No printed copies will be distributed.
Congress bag will be ready at the Reception Desk for the active participants. Please visit the Reception Desk with your name tag. It will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis. Sorry if we run out.
Certificate of Participation can be received in the registration MyPage till February 28, 2027 (JST) only by visiting the Reception Desk during the Congress period to confirm your attendance.
